Effective September 5, 2013

Due to Wisconsin Statute Chapter 19, the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), and recent court cases, the Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office will no longer be providing access to incident reports on the County Internet website. We understand this may be an inconvenience to you, but this is being enacted to protect personal information of all parties involved.

If you need to request an incident report we ask that you contact our office at 715-839-4701. Otherwise, you can complete the form below to request an incident report from our office. Forms can be mailed or faxed as follows:
